About Me
About Me
My passion for this work began in my study of psychology and neuroscience at Stanford University, and I subsequently earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute. I completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa, and my clinical work has spanned diverse settings including schools, private practice, and neuropsychological assessment at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
My clinical work has focused on treating children, teens, families, and adults, addressing challenges including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, family disruption, and neurodiversity. I have training across all major therapeutic approaches, including extensive training and experience in play therapy.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and outside of my clinical work, I enjoy surfing and backpacking up and down the coast of California, as well as sourdough bread baking.
