About Me
About Me
My passion for this field began in my undergraduate work at Stanford University, studying psychology and neuroscience. I subsequently earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute, and completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa.
My clinical experience has spanned diverse settings including schools across the Bay Area, private practice, and neuropsychological assessment at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. I've worked extensively with children, teens, families, and adults, addressing challenges including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, family disruption, and neurodiversity.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and outside of my clinical practice, as a former D1 athlete, I enjoy staying active. In my free time you can find me surfing and backpacking along the coast of California, as well as baking sourdough bread.
